Generally, as to collectively violent tribes, culture lies as the supportive base of that violence, and “unenlightenment” or ignorance is generally the pillar of that cultural foundation. We were all violent tribes millenniums ago. Most evolved into more benign societies as we crossed through the age of enlightenment. We are not talking individuals here but savage violent cultures. Today, not all ignorant cultures are violent. But all, I repeat, ALL savage cultures today are ignorant
