Disagree, if I go out with a young lady who is dressed like that I certainly would take her to a classy restaurant for dinner, not McD’s, or Cheese Factory. Some of the posts, not yours, have a tinge of racism.
How was he to know how she would dress to manipulate him into taking her somewhere?
If he made the plans before picking her up, then she was being manipulative by demanding that he accommodate her based on the way she was dressed.
