I don’t know any autistics, but I’m doubt prison would rehabilitate him. Sounds like a prison mental ward would be the best bet. They can’t cure his autism, and they probably can’t change his behavior.

Based on his size (6 ft 6 in)...I don’t think any mental ward will be capable of handling this guy. I’d send him onto prison, with his electronic game stuff.
