I remember Anderson Cooper being filed up over his knees in water, maybe it was Hurricane Katrina, then people walked by behind him and the water was only ankle deep. Turned our Cooper was kneeling in the water and the camera crew was filming at such an angle that his legs could not be seen behind him. There is a lot of fake stuff on TV. Geraldo Rivera paid a couple of guys in Beirut to fire over his head so that he could pretend that he was there under fire.
I don’t remember who, but somebody during a recent hurricane pretended to be struggling to stand in the strong wind. Suddenly some people walked right past the camera with no trouble at all.
