It’s well known that a bunch of do-gooder NGOs supply brand new water piping and components so that the Gazers can maintain their water systems. Do they use it to fix the water works? Looking at the shape of their water system they skip the maintenance part and go straight to rockets. And Israel tries to maintain their sewage treatment plant. The Gazers steal the working parts from it. It is fascinating how the muzzie-in-the-street goes along with the corruption-——same as dimokrats think DC is cool, I guess.
