I have to say I’m disappointed about Scalise... and disappointed in Jordan.
Seems like more of the same old same old. They won’t let anyone slow their money roll. President Trump must be so tired of this. I honestly don’t know how he keeps going.

If the situation is as we believe it is (President Trump is still in charge under the invocation of Continuity of Government procedures), then the SOH votes and conduct may be intended to expose long and well-disguised traitors. I remember President Trump saying at one point that they knew about the swamp, but hadn’t really known how deep it was.
There have been dozens of newcomers to Congress since 2012 who were touted as the next best thing based on their election speeches and promises, until they showed they weren’t. When given their chance to be for or against the American people, the swamp critters always show their true colours. It’s been an education in perfidy watching the next best things expose their true allegiances. All or most of the swamp dwellers must be exposed prior the return of President Trump. Then he can be certain there will be insufficient traitors to prevent him from executing his truly transformative agenda.
President Trump is like a fast moving train, and people he deals with are either on the train, or they’re on the tracks. Scalise should choose wisely so he doesn’t get crushed by the train, but I imagine his choices will be heavily influenced by the degree to which he’s compromised.
I figure Jordan and Gaetz have justifiable reasons for this. I also don’t expect Scalise to be able to function for that long.
