If someone put something in our DNA, it is probably latent abilities, e.g., telepathy; or, a deliberate block against certain abilities.

Q. says, “Mankind is repressed,” and I don’t think Q is providing a psychoanalytic opinion.

So that would argue that there is something restricting or blocking us at the DNA level.
