Israel has always had the freedom to defend itself. It always had the option of declining U.S. money that came with strings. But it wants the money.
Yeah, and its part of the debt problem of the US I see Chuck Schumer and Republican US Senator Mike Crapo (Ranking member of the Senate Finance Committee) visiting money rich China, Japan and South Korea this week.
That drives our policy makers towards the assets of Saudi Arabia and the UAE as well.
If we choose to stop the spending Israel will have to figure in that but that ain’t happening with 95 percent of those currently elected and serving in DC.
