As I’ve said before on other threads, a organized police and judicial system was created with the consent of the people. This was done to control crime in an orderly and fair manner and make sure all were treated equally. Once that societal contract is broken, neighborhoods will return to dealing with crime in their own manner and to their own satisfaction. It will not be pretty. However, I suspect it will effective.
