Sounds like what I said. Lots of fat/diabetic people use artificial sweeteners so of course it is “associated” with bad health outcomes!

Indeed.

We continue to use erythritol, stevia, xylitol, and allulose.

We don’t go out of our way to not use the others, but we don’t seek to buy them. If it’s in a drink machine at a restaurant and I can have some, I might, but I also like normal tea.
