Don’t agree with either. Gatez should absolutely file any motion, including to vacate the chair, he feels is needed. He is hired to represent his district, not the GOP Establishment.
However, Gatez, who is a shameless media whore looking for attention from the Right websites and podcasts, should think carefully about what he is doing. He trying desperately to claim credit for the work MTG is doing in the US House. It not going to work for him
He got 93 votes on his last bill. He is no where near getting the chair vacated. He knows it. So he needs to re-think if being a social media hero is worth going on this political kamikaze mission.
