The only thing I miss about Rockford Illinois -— our water came from Artesian wells.
I live in Memphis. The best water quality in the world. The Delta sands and silt filter so well. The minerals and hardness are perfect. I laugh when I see people here drinking store bought bottled water. Can’t fix stupid I suppose?
Most of Wisconsin is liquid chalk. A softener is a must have. Interesting how water quality varies so much as you travel. South Carolina was fantastic water quality. The mountains of Pennsylvania has water that smells like rotten eggs if you have a hot water heater that’s electric. Just awful.
