Trump has to deal with dunderheads on a Galactic scale. I expect the Guardian Angel in the sketch is just the “duty” guy. There has to be a platoon of GA’s just over The Donald’s shoulder. My own GA is one of the hardest working guys around but he’s a rookie compared to the help Trump needs.
