Entirely too much hype, hoopla, and fear-mongering about this thing all over the Internet, IMHO. It's taken on a life of its own. Reminds me a lot of the anxiety surrounding Y2K, the Mayan calendar predicting the end of the world for Dec. 2012, Jade Helm, and Edgar Whisenant's predictions that the Rapture would occur in 1988 AND 1989. Not to mention all of Harold Camping's predicted Rapture and end-of-the-world dates.

Most of the fear I've seen on other sites is verbalized by people who profess to be Christians. Funny how they don't seem to believe that God Almighty will -- or can -- stop any nefarious plan(s) that might exist.
