I am beginning to suspect weather manipulation - HAARP, airplane contrails; quite likely the truth is being hidden. We know the Arabian desert is underlain with reservoirs of water, likely other deserts. Of course the technology of cleaning sea water is available. There are water concentrators - Tatooine of Star Wars, Arakis of Dune, etc. King Herod the Great built a palace in the desert at Masada with a system to capture scarce precipitation and direct it to holding pools for year round residence. In the Bible {Genesis 7:11} it says 'the fountains of the deep' were broken up... during the flood of Noah.
They are alerting us that their efforts will be otherwise directed... 'control', as you say.

Moskowitz first floated the appraisal request in a post directed at Trump’s son, Eric Trump, last week, adding with laughing emojis, “Good luck with your new Tax Bill.”
Note how these Dems are consumed with hatred! In normal civilized society these people would be ruled as being 'unbalanced'.
Also, their hatred blinds them to their ignorance. Property assessment does not work that way, the county tax assessor cannot design taxes to result in the confiscation of productive properties, rich properties. The county tax assessor - by the dictates of state law - determines a fair system that applies evenly to all property owners.
My Fla district is also represented by a young clueless Dem that has little understanding how a free community system works, who think that their new found power allows them to crush all their enemies... AND, if folks like Merrick Garland had their way, they would likely be correct.
It all got rooted in the Jussie Smollett affair. Arise patriots of all persuasions!
