That’s not what the Lord told me to do. YMMD. About a month ago he said, “no more medicines.” I took that to mean- don’t take any prescription drugs. I suggest choosing your supplements with care.
We’ve each got to find our own way. I take no medicines either, other than homeopathic ones. Flush niacin is about as harmless a supplement as any, and with many benefits.
