My guess about Epstein,and its only a guess, is that he had traction or was an asset to maybe a dozen or so intel agencies. I think he basically sold both knowledge,arms,drugs,anything to all of them and the people on their hit list as well. That made him both a huge target and a valuable asset as well.
I think he had to keep on the move all the time.
