That thought occurred to me, too.
-—cell phones of illegals? So, here’s my secret plan: To find the illegals, just call them on their cell phones. When they reach for the phone while driving, they will jerk the steering wheel and wind up on the front end of a Peterbuilt. That happens near my place about once a week.
