I wonder if distiller’s yeast is available. If I was there, I would certainly make some alcohol. You don’t even need a still. You can freeze the wort and pull the ice from the top, thus increasing the alcohol concentration. Antarctica has outdoor facilities to do that rather quickly. Lol. The only problem is there’s no way to get rid of the fusel oils. That results in wicked hangovers.
