Well, not if they are left to sit out without being butchered quickly. The meat’s foul now.
They had two weeks notice, they could have called down to the VFW to dispatch a couple of hunters and tell them to bring their coolers and couple of butcher knives.
They didnt need to waste our money and resources just to prove that they could.
In all of Oklahoma there isnt one hungry vet? All the church pantries and soup kitchens are so overwhelmed by donations that the freezers just cant hold any more?
I guess the rest of us are going to have to admit that Oklahoma is just one step from heaven.
