I’m a diminutive female of no direct use in the situation we’re in. Most women can’t gird up and head for the border, or even head for city hall with a backbone. Likewise the senior citizens.
But when I hear an able-bodied male grumble — [strong language deleted]. If he thinks we’re being invaded he should pack up and head for wherever he’d be useful. If not, he should have the decency to shut up and acknowledge his chains.
No government can withstand the wrath of the people, and as a people, collectively, we have less wrath than an anthill underfoot.
No government can withstand having its allowance cut off, and yet we are too cowardly/lazy/complacent to commit a tax rebellion, never mind a “revolution.”

That was the sad conclusion I came to in 2020. I'm in Charlotte where 2-out-of-3 voters went for Biden. It's a little scary knowing that 2-out-of-3 of the people around me...including in my neighborhood & church... are against me.
