Innocent until proven guilty is a legal concept, not a social one.
We are entitled to presume anything we like if we are not the judge or jury.

As others have pointed out, if the legal concept doesn’t apply to all, it applies to none.

PS: If memory serves, he had over $400K in cash in his house. If you or I were to have $10K in cash in our home, the IRS (if it knew) would raid our home and confiscate the cash on the premise that we had committed crimes to acquire said cash. Has happened numerous times.

If the sleazeball was not a Democrat, all the news stories would be pointing out 24/7 how he must be dirty hiding that much cash. But for him??

Actually, it’s more of a religious concept.

Legally, there is just “not guilty” until proven “guilty”.

Socially, there is innocent versus not innocent, especially with regard to sex.
