Not casting Zero Mostel for “Fiddler on the Roof”.

I dunno. Hubby and I watched the Blu-ray of Fiddler on the Roof two weekends ago. I thoroughly enjoyed Topol's performance; and, the movie in general. I know that musicals are basically gone; but, the good ones are still entertaining to watch.

The things I've seen Zero Mostel in, I consider that he really does go over the top in most of them.

Zero was the original Tevye on Broadway when it first opened in 1964. He was devastated when the role he created went to some one else.
