Yep, those are the games to watch. Three of them are on the air at the same time. Does the NCAA have a Red Zone equivalent? Otherwise we will be flipping channels constantly.
I have over the air antenna. Plus when college football starts I sign up for a live "cable" TV (this year I went with Sling). So I'll probably watch Bama on CBS on TV over the air (assuming I can pick up the local CBS station better than I did last year) while watching one of the other games on my laptop with Sling.
Bama/Ole Miss is hard to predict. No one would be surprised if either team wins by 20. Since Lane Kiffin has been at Ole Miss he's always had them either crazy good or horrible with no middle ground in between. Bama has been lackluster this year and could lose by a lot if Ole Miss comes in on fire. Yet Bama has great talent, so if they've gotten their act together they could win by a mile.
