I struggle with it and lost 40 pounds. Am at my ideal weight. I still see the chips and candy bars and I want them.
I wish I didn’t but I do.
And top it with sugar free Reddi Wip.
As a diabetic I can tell you that the healthy but yummy option
is do-able - and delicious!
So NO whining!
Yeah, I have a sweet tooth. I crave chewy candies and hard candies. I solve that problem by not buying them. I buy celery and carrots assorted unsalted nuts and seeds and make my own mix.
