My arm is beginning to be usable... perhaps by the end of next week I can see if I can drive.
On the digestive issue, things are somewhat up in the air. I have had these problems - developing - for years. When these 'attacks' started happening more frequently my usual GI Dr continued to take a casual approach so I sought a new GI Dr; that decision appears to be paying off. My regular Dr is quite impressed with the new medico.
'Up in the air' because we have no past treatment to compare to or draw on. The present approach is to treat a lack of pancreatic enzymes - to see how it works. That has led to a bureaucratic mess; the enzyme capsules have been around for many years but are still quite expensive - sort of like insulin but even more so {co-pay = $700 month.} I have been sending documents to the pharmaceutical company and am optimistic that we can reach a 'deal' by the middle of next week.
If this is not the answer to the problem then I may have a rough row to hoe until an alternative can be found. = = Hope springs eternal! 😄
Thank you all for all the prayers and good wishes! 👌💯
