Who decides what “the precipice” is and when it’s reached?
I see it as an unmistakable event. Uncle Clif and David Allgire's entire team see an event sometime before April that will most definitely be unmistakable. Uncle Clif says the emotional release will be on the order of 3 to 13 times the emotional release of 9/11. Whether these folks are right or not my position on the precipice remains it will be associated with an event. More pointedly, a "[SCARE] NECESSARY EVENT".

imho - ONLY my opinion - anecdotal evidence is not that valuable, as many people are still afraid to let their real views be known publicly, really for good reason. I’ve seen polls (yes they are not ultra reliable; some better than others) that say a huge majority of voters, of independents, and even of demsheviks - think Pedo Joe is taking the country in the wrong direction. People are seriously hurting financially, as well as concerned with the huge corruption in DC and the Bitem family. Fewer and fewer pepole trust the MSM, and compare that to Trump’s rallies and views of Tucker. Huge majority of parents and others are totally outrages about the transcrap and sexualization of children, the movie about child trafficking has had a huge impact. I saw a poll a few weeks offering several issues and the issue the most people were concerned about was child trafficking. Q did say that crimes against children would unite people.
