can’t put “ethics” in the same sentence with “democrats” OR “liberal republicans(rino’s)” in a good way.

If Eastman goes down for advocating an unconventional legal theory, surely Lawrence Tribe and Judge Leuttig will be similarly dispatched for their spearheading the 14th amendment misapplication.

Why don’t we do what they do and hold them to their rules?

We need to socialize the legal system.
Everyone should have ‘right’ to legal advice and the government should set all the prices. Lawyer fees have to be price fixed, over billing is a federal offense with loss of privileges to practice in courts.
The only part that shouldn’t be socialized is the part of damages against lawyers if they lose your case or make any mistakes judged by other lawyers.
All court costs should be a ‘right’ and we should be able to raise taxes on wealthy lawyers to pay for it.
Prosecutors have to do jail time of any defendant that they withhold evidence from, even if they are found innocent, and the State Bar Associations have to provide legal-malpractice insurance by gathering fees from all lawyers, to pay for it.

The Lawyers love socialism so much, we the people need to give it to them to enjoy. Join with me in the ‘right to legal advice and protections’ to help any Citizen who is poor and to ensure quality legal advice nationwide, as a Constitutional Amendment!

To the left ethics only matter as a means to restrain their opposition. The only thing they respect is the application of power. Up to now they have adhered to legal ethics because they feared retribution for not doing so. With Trump they have no fear of retribution. The only way to reign in the left is to make them afraid.

There are no ethics in America’s new RAT Run “justice system”. RATS ALWAYS WIN or they just get a different “judge.”

The objective of the persecutors is not just to get Eastman, but to send a message to everyone in the legal world that if people publicly challenge the dominant narrative, they too will be broken on the wheel of financial ruin. Judging by the tone of the mainstream media, the tactic is working fine.

Find and indict the people doing the bullying - this is heavy handed totalitarian and it's waaay beyond the tactics of common democrats.

There isn’t a sad state of legal ethics, there are no legal ethics on the Left.
