Some white men. In truth your conflicts are really between a subculture of white men, who run most things, and the rest. The rest of the lot on that other side (racial minorities, women, etc) are really make-weight, with only the very limited powers granted by that white subculture.

I think more than enough will. If the US intervenes in Ukraine it will be largely by the USAF, obtaining air superiority. I dont see the US sending in the National Guard.
