I bought an embarrassing large number of lids - but I ❤️ the new colors!!
Today I’m doing my favorite Thanksgiving activity - making turkey stock, then I’ll can it with my new All American Canner! I figure stock is a good thing for a test - it won’t get overcooked if I have to redo it a few times.
Why is stock that is canned so wonderfully flavorful and aromatic?
I can what comes right out of the stockpot - I don’t add anything. but I swear it gets better after being canned
