How many pies did you need in total? That’s a big order for you to agree to. I’m sure everybody will appreciate it, especially when they get a piece.
Actually, I only had to do 24. There are around 100 people, maybe a few less. I may throw in another couple if I feel like it, but 24 pies times 8 pieces each should be fine. Six each of pecan, pumpkin, apple and cheesecake. I just have to make the toppings for the cheesecake - a container each of fresh crushed pineapple, maple pecan sauce, and dark cherry sauce.
