I rise today to serve notice. Mr. Speaker, you are out of compliance with the agreement that allowed you to assume this role. The path forward for the House of Representatives is to either bring you into immediate total compliance or remove you, pursuant to a motion to vacate the chair.
I know that Washington isn’t a town where people are known for keeping their word. Speaker McCarthy, I’m here to hold you to yours.

If you mean McCarthey finally made a move because Gaetz was planning his move, then probably. It’s about dang time but pardon me if I don’t McCarthy’s sincerity.
Gaetz is not a moron? Gaetz is only one of 535 current wizards who have learned how to enrich themselves and their families by milking 340 million citizens! Don’t believe that? Analyze the net worth of each member of the House and Senate for the last hundred years comparing before and after.....
I am glad Gaetz made the point, even a failed vote tells the American people where their congressman stand.
That’s the problem with D.C….too much “chill”.
I believe the scenario Gaetz is arguing against is a McCarthy impeachment inquiry of Biden, instead of McCarthy reining in spending, while we have trillions in debt, an open border and a rogue DOJ.

I agree with him on everything, except term limits. That isn’t going to happen. He should have mentioned that most of the 87,000 IRS agents were in the deal.

One has nothing to do with the other. Not that congress can’t walk and chew gum at the same time, but an impeachment inquiry should not affect the budget process in the least. If Gaetz is against the inquiry, he is an idiot.
