When fenbendazole came into the public forum about 2019 as a possible anti-cancer agent it also emerged that an alternate form of the med, Mebendazole, had been available for some years. Febendazole is a veterinary medicine; a more human friendly version of the med was formulated. Human digestive absorption of the active principle was shown notably improved.
I have not read whether the anti-cancer properties are accelerated with mebendazole but I would presume that they would be. The Wiki article is in regard to mebendazole itself. The original reports indicated an additional supplementation of vitamins and other OTC supplements with febendazole; I do not know if the same recommendation is included with mebendazole.
