Not only is there money in “research,” there are huge amounts of money to be made when organizations are founded to “search for a cure.” I’m thinking specifically of the “Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.” A cure will never be found as long as there is money to be made from “the search.”
Any organization constituted to “solve a problem” never dies. They have to keep expanding the problems goalposts in most instances. California Air Resources Board and Mothers Against Drunk Driving are 2 that immediately come to mind. Since they both achieve their primary objectives years ago the former looks for more ridiculous sht to regulate and the latter now keeps pushing for ever lower BAC levels…

When I had breast cancer in 2019 I looked into that organization, and some other purported to be “helping” women with cancer. I found out it’s all fake, they give either nothing or mere tokens, (grocery money for a week etc) and their only function is collecting money. who the heck knows what they do with it.

One thing that really gets me having a long journalism background is that there are two massive stories out there right now and no one is talking about them.
I always thought when we had disclosure it would be worldwide news and it's all people would be talking about. Aliens are real, flying saucers are every where there are 57 different aliens who have been visiting earth for a long- assed time.
Even bigger their flying saucers don't pull up to a chevron station and fill up with 93 octane. They use that machine we have on the shelf.
Story two is the other 911 in Maui that once again people think was a fire gone wild.
Between the two I just want to go fishing and never come back.
