Outdated? Yeah it’s hard to keep up. There’s a big world map on the wall here at the shop. It’s main purpose is to keep track of where the carrier groups are. The Admiral is a bit un-reliable about telling me when they move but there’s usually enough stuff in the news so’s I can keep it close. It’s hard to hide a carrier group for long and one can get a hint about where the next problem is by knowing/suspecting where they’re going.
But a fine point that graph is missing is that each of those US carrier groups has a little friend fast attack somewhere in its wake. I’ll see those other guys skate board ramps and raise them three dozen, or so, fast attacks. Biden is having trouble at the moment keeping all the fast attacks in the water. I may have to jack up the Admiral about that. We don’t give him nukes to play with dockside. Those things are made to keep running wherever we need them, for keeping the world’s dirtbagz honest and looking over their shoulders.
