A diesel sub, flooded with sea water,, and even without hull damage, is a long way from being useful. Just cleaning the ocean stink out of the electrics is a huge job. And Ivan isn’t big on off-loading weapons for short term repairs so that might be another mess for Pootin to handle?
I don't know if the floating dock lost flotation or not.
Simply dealing with blast damage might render the boat uneconomical to repair.
