Is this formula compatible with the use of quercetin with zinc along with vitamin C?

Short answer: no. Basically you'll want to choose one or the other. Dr. Kats thinks that quercetin, C, and other "phenolics" are inferior means of stimulating the GPR109A inflammation-reducing receptor. They'll just get in the way of the niacin.

The zinc probably won't hurt, but there's some interesting research on how niacin improves the body's ability to use zinc and iron. Niacin seems to be effective on recalcitrant anemia.
