"Federal continuity directive one January 17th 2017"
This is the problem with the devolution argument. Trump was integrated on January 20th 2017. Which means Obama started the Continuity of government directive.
Trump had to continue it. They used the Steele Dossier to implement this. It took until January of 2021 to show the Dossier was a lie the last few days of congress.
The question I have is why did Biden resign it while he is in office? It's clear the military is holding some reins of power.
My question is what is the military doing with this power at this point? They're required by law to work only in facts.
This can go either way in my opinion.

"Federal continuity directive one (started on) January 17th 2017"
This is the problem with the devolution argument.
Trump was (inaugurated) on January 20th 2017. Which means Obama started the Continuity of government directive.
Trump had to continue it (because the FBI was working with Hillary campaign to undermine the Trump white house.)
They used the Steele Dossier to implement this. It took until January of 2021 to show the Dossier was a lie the last few days of congress. (Which I believe was used to reinstate the full powers of the president)
The question I have is why did Biden resign (to Continuity of government directive) while he is in office? It's clear the military is holding some reins of power.
My question is what is the military doing with this power at this point? They're required by law to work only in facts.
This can go either way in my opinion.
( It's likely one of these two plans with some variation
1. An obscured version of a Q plan.
2. Obama's plan to run most of the duties of the office of presidency from his home in Florida. )
( If it's an obscured version of a Q plan. Then the military started an actual investigation after January 2021. Because up until Jan 2021 the military was required to look into Russia as the culprit that started the Devolution.
The question is can they use 11.3 clause which a foreign power has taken over the US? They need rock solid evidence or their heads are on the line and they know it.
More important: Has our military hired to mean weak minded people?
This last part is my primary concern. )

For what it’s worth, I have always believed this could go either way. I have hope that it goes “our” way.
