I’m thinking it might be a good idea to start a prophylactic regimen before going, for immune support before we are around a bunch of people that we aren’t usually around. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks! I’m trying to get my niacin/melatonin balance worked out. It is good for so many things!

Tuesday was my second day on immediate release, starting @ 250mg:

Besides deep redness/itching all over, I got very dizzy and nauseas. Had to lay down for over an hour.

I can’t imagine increasing it but I will keep at it unless the dizziness and nausea gets much worse.

Can the liver safely tolerate high doses?
