If you accept the unproven premise that he "drugged them", then he is lost.
And this is another example of how broken our legal system is.
If they were passed out at the time, how did they know that they had been "violently raped"? Did they have bruises? If I truly believed that a woman had been raped, I would want the SOB convicted. However, women making rape and harassment complaints are a dime a dozen. Alleging it happened doesn't make it so when no evidence supports the claim.

I read somewhere earlier that one of them said she woke up while he was having sex with her and tried to fight him off and she claims he choked her.
It's still just what she is alleging.
