Looking at his last concert video, definitely cancer. They probably had to roid him up for him just to get on stage.

Was at his concert in KW in February. He looked decent for his age. His trailer was next to stage. He took a break for about 15mins while the band did some solo stuff. Only unusual thing was that 2 people escorted him on/off stage. Totally supported him. But he stood on his own to play.

I suspect he was roided up to be able to play. The last concert was in May, probably took all of his strength to do it.

Never got the "parrot head" fascination and he supported Obama and Hillary.Went to see Little Feat open for Buffet in 1988. Left after Little Feat finished. It was too early to go to sleep.
