No it was just a joke about his school. Sorry I should probably have clarified. The place is filled with nuts though.

Meteorites may have brought organic compounds to earth, so sure, but I doubt there’s anything more to it than that.

Nolan’s question, can you see what’s in front of you, could be a huge clue.

There was a thread here a few weeks ago that reported cats have some alien DNA. Apparently, it was compared to some actual alien DNA, even though we have no aliens on earth (allegedly). [SMH]

There are some Earthlings that aliens have learned to avoid...

I think it's
factually well established that UFOs are not alien ships. So many decades of "sightings" and "abductions" and yet not a shred of solid evidence.
So the only question is, why is the establishment suddenly pushing this narrative?
The government has been dragged kicking and screaming into this matter.
The government has been "dragged" in the same way that Br’er Rabbit begged not to be thrown into the briar patch.
Oh please don't make us reveal these UFO secrets! Anything but that! We sooooo don't want people to know we're being visited by aliens!
To: Angelino97
I think it's factually well established that UFOs are not alien ships. You need to follow the story more closely. It has been well established that whatever these things are, they are behaving in ways that are way beyond our current physics.
In one case, for example, dropping in from above 80,000 ft in altitude down to sea level in 7/8th of a second and stopping suddenly (per former Top Gun pilot Cmdr David Fravor, fellow pilots/officers/seamen/radarmen aboard the USS Nimitz and USS Princeton). That's about 54,000 mph and stopping on a dime. Nothing in the human inventory can do that.
The only question ISN'T who is pushing this narrative. That's YOUR only question because it satisfies your bias. You have your mind made up.
The point is, we don't know what we are dealing with. And we've been dealing with it for at least 70 years.
I don't know the answer. And if you would be honest with yourself, you would admit that you don't either.
It is illogical to conclude that if we don't know what we're dealing with, we must be dealing with a Deep State conspiracy.
That may be one option, but there isn't enough evidence of any kind at this point to support your supposition or any of the other possibilities.

In one case, for example, dropping in from above 80,000 ft in altitude down to sea level in 7/8th of a second and stopping suddenly... According to one story.
But I don't believe such stories.
So I must ask myself, why was this Air Force pilot ordered to spin this lie?
To: Angelino97
This was one Navy pilot (Top Gun grad with impeccable credentials), whose story was backed up by his Weapons Systems Officer in the back seat of his F/A 18 and his wingman and her WSO and 2 ships (USS Nimitz and USS Princeton) officers and radarmen and videos which were leaked from the Pentagon to whistleblowers.
This was part of the testimony given to Congress under oath in classified and unclassified hearings by the same pilot.
There are many, many other accounts very similar to this.
It seems your mind is closed. You seem like a decent person (one of the good Freepers), but there's nothing I can do to open your mind and admit we just don't know.
At any rate, it was nice chatting with you. Hope you have a great weekend.

Doesn't it occur to you that all those officers might have been
recruited to "leak" the story to "whistleblowers"?
It makes the story more plausible if it's "leaked" than if the Pentagon officially releases it.
It's called disinformation.
To: Angelino97
Doesn't it occur to you that all those officers might have been recruited to "leak" the story to "whistleblowers"?Absolutely. As I have said, you may be correct.
But then you may be incorrect.
And that's the point.
At this point, there's just no way of knowing for sure.
But the great majority of people who are following this story very closely around the world are saying there's something very real happening (i.e., not just disinformation) AND we don't know what it is.

But please, tell me again what a meanie I am for having an opinion. The one being close-minded here is YOU. There may a million explanations for what these pilots saw, such as optical anomalies, and indeed, many have later been revealed as such. Jumping to “It’s aliens, and the government is not telling us what we want to hear, so they’re covering up the truth” is frankly childish and decided UN-scientific. I don’t want a flame war with you, but only want to point out that I posted a meme that represents my opinion on the matter, and you accused me of breaking the FR rules. A few hours later, you proved my point by saying exactly what the meme says. That’s all I have to say. I will not reply further here.
