Thank you. I was sure I saw it.
Maybe they found a better way to surveil the neighborhood and have the targets pay for it. I'll put the search link below because I can't get the article re Walmart drones in Texas to open for me.
Maybe the Texans objected to the drones in the original article Drudge linked and it was pulled/scrubbed. But what if police could 'ride along' on someone else's drone and the public wouldn't know?
So who's to say that the drone going over your backyard party is not just delivering commercial purchases but is also, like Amazon Ring cameras, available to be monitored by police? "Look! A Drone! We're being watched!" Reply: "Oh, no, it's just making a delivery...."
I expect this new jabber about commercial drones will revive the “DRONE FREE ZONE” sign market. There were some around a few years back but this should spike it biggley. I’ve long since told all my delivery guys to not even think about sending a drone over my fence. The pieces will be hard to sweep up. And they can’t very well certify delivery of stuff that has disintegrated.
I remember telling one of my helpers, some years ago, there was a good bizness opportunity in making a line of signs. I already make rifle grenades that can take videos so getting a pic of one before it blows might be kind of fun?
