Where can I find info on your statement that “Texas will spy on backyard Labor Day Parties?” TIA

I just searched now and can't find it -  either it was pulled or it was a Austin Texas radio station reporting on NY - I Just read the lead & summary "Police will be...." without clicking on the full article so the URL didn't turn up in browser history as a stand alone link.

In my search I found articles that make me like Texas - things like, "Even in Texas it's illegal to fly a drone...." I like the 'even' part. :D

I did come across an old article where Hurst Texas police flew a drone over someone's back yard and when confronted about it, explained it was legal because it wasn't recording????
