Senatatorial jury resumes at 9 AM tomorrow, but Not sure when Defense Cross will begin. Counsel for Defense is not Buzzby, but a younger lawyer. Hope he saves Paxton from incriminating testimony of Second witness, as Buzzby deftly buried First witness.

Buzzby clarifies the indictment charge he is attacking with ordered and chronological approach.

Can’t wait. There are purposely a number of charges to defeat and an unfriendly jury.
