cusp, Kamala was born in America of two parents who were non-citizens.

Thus, she is a 14th Amendment citizen.

Not natural born, which requires both parents to be American citizens, and is the highest form of citizenship.

That changed with the Obamanation, who claimed to be born in Hawaii, and had at least ONE American parent.

Kamala is not even eligible to be Vice President, but here we are.

The 14th Amendment did not change the natural born requiremnt for President and Vice President.

Note:the above is my studied opinion, which is worth the same as a prize found in a Cracker Jack box.
