The Arizona Legislature adjourned back in May or June. The legislature doesn't prepare indictments. The House can impeach, and the Senate can try and possibly convict an officeholder.

The state senator that testified to money laundering from the Sinaloa Cartel via mortgage money was expelled from the Senate for stating conspiracy theories without corroboration.
