Looks like Ophelia did not track as far west of Raleigh. It is now over Richmond. Tomorrow it will pass just north of us by the late afternoon, instead of tonight. Just rain and some wind here now. Another wet day tomorrow but not as bad as today.
We are just north of where the bottom white line meets the Atlantic Ocean.
