I got so many great ideas that I need to get more hamburger. I made a meatball stew, but it wasn’t my favorite. I think it had too much onion, they called for onion soup as well as onions.
Do you freeze your meatloaf raw?
My exciting weekend will be cleaning the loft. Maybe doing Windows if I am uber ambitious.
No, not raw.
I bake them, let cool/place in fridge, then vacuum seal each one, individually.....to freeze.
This way, hubby can grab one, if I’m not home, and reheat, easily.
