Blue Ribbon Crumble Burger
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
• 1/4 c. wheat germ (optional)
• 1 c. catsup
• 2 tsp. brown sugar
• 1 T. white vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
Brown ground beef. Drain fat. Add chopped celery, wheat germ, catsup, brown sugar, and white vinegar. Cook until celery is tender. Serves 6.
